The breakfast was filling and inclusive. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the activities. one of the best aspects was the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us.
Our Easter stay at this hotel was not as expected. First, the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

The place was nice, in a lovely spa town. The main benefit was amazing friendly and very helpful approach of staff, they created a very warm atmosphere, recommended us a very good restaurant. The room was very good, comfortable for the stay of 4 of us (2 adults & 2 kids). We stayed just overnight on the way from the south of Italy and did not want to go to Rome. The hotel is in the very centre of spa part of the town, yet in a quiet street, the lovely historical centre is a bit further up the hill. The price was very competitive, the hotel provided a wonderful value for the price.
The breakfast corresponds probably to Italian habits - coffee and some pastry, a wider selection would come probably with more international clientele. But this is not a reason to complain at all, the pleasant impressions definitely overweight.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of fresh and tasty local food, including gluten-free options. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with useful information about places to go and restaurants to visit. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of facilities. Additionally, the location was very convenient as there was a good supermarket nearby.
For us, it was ideal.

The owners were very friendly and gave us another room without charging us for the kids. The amenities were very basic and we were surprised that there were so many hotels since that was the only one on Booked.net!
Very basic - no luxury of any sort. Old shower and bathroom, tv from the stoneages which our 10 year old laughed at. Beds were a bit saggy but the staff were nice. The hotel had charm but needs a facelift!

The hotel is conveniently located near a great supermarket and accessible via public transportation. the breakfast selection is extensive and staff are helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and internal shutters for a peaceful sleep.
The bathrooms are outdated and in need of modernization.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the hotel is located in a quiet street surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect place to relax.
The room could have been updated and cleaned more thoroughly. the noise level from adjacent rooms was quite loud on our first night, which could have been improved.
